Pink fans only have a few weeks to wait for some new music. During an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” the singer announced the new tune “Walk Me Home,” will drop February 22nd.
The track is Pink’s first single from her upcoming eighth album “Hurts 2B Human,” which is expected to drop in April.
Pink stopped by Ellen following her the ceremony for her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and the singer admitted the whole thing was a little uncomfortable for her. “It’s meaningful. It’s hard for me — I hate compliments, and that’s a huge compliment,’” she explained. “So I was crawling out of my skin.” She added, “I don’t accept praise; it’s not how I learn. Positive reinforcement doesn’t work for me.”
- ONE MORE THING! Pink better get used to accolades because she’s got another one coming. The singer will be honored with the Outstanding Contribution to Music Award at the Brit Awards, set for February 20th in London.
